So, what are the ingredients of an e-liquid and how it affects our vaping experience for better or worse?
When you think about the ingredients of inside an e-liquid, the only thing that comes to mind is Propylene Glycol (PG). However, there are other ingredients including Vegetable Glycerine (VG) or a combination of both, Nicotine and to make it a mouth-watering experience, flavouring! While both VG and PG serve as base substances for vape liquids, they also add their own unique flavour profiles. The flavour profile can either have a positive or a negative effect on your vaping experience.

It also acts as a humectant which helps keep e-liquids from drying out and helps them form vapour more easily when vaped at higher temperatures on device coils. High PG e-liquids are best if you’re looking for huge clouds because it produces more dense vapour than VG does.
When you think of nicotine, what do you think of it? Do you think of the time you smoked at a party and got sick? Or maybe the time that one cigarette made your heart race or the time it made your mouth feel dry. Maybe even that one time when you felt energised and excited.
All these thoughts are valid because nicotine has many different effects on people. Nicotine is a chemical found in tobacco leaves and other plants such as eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc. It is used for its stimulant effects on the body by stimulating nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs).
